Your ongoing rewards

Throughout the year we may offer increased IEC referral incentives to spark growth across the nation. Regardless of any temporary incentives, RCs will continue to be eligible for these regular earning opportunities.

New IEC training

$100 or 20 points

Upon completion of the new IEC’s Local Level Training. These must be conducted and documented within 30 days of activation.

New IEC first placement

$250 or 50 points

RCs are eligible for an additional $250 or 50 points once that new active IEC compliantly places their first student outside their home. To qualify for this incentive, the new IEC will have to make their first compliant placement within 12 months of their activation date.

Outside RC region referral

$500

Earn $500 per IEC who activates. RCs are not eligible to receive referral fees for in-region IEC referrals as they are part of the RC stipend calculation and other “in-region incentives”. RCs remain eligible to receive referral fees if the IEC candidate they refer is outside of their region.
