Update on EF’s response to COVID-19

While this is a developing situation, we want to reach out to you to outline the steps EF High School Exchange Year is taking to monitor the situation and provide you with our support.

Update

We have been and will continue to comply with any guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as updates from the US Department of State regarding this situation. With over 40 years of experience in exchange programs our worldwide network of staff is available to answer your questions and support our program participants.

How will this situation impact our upcoming exchange year? We are working with our International Exchange Coordinators, host families and schools in preparation for our students' arrival this summer. Currently, we expect the program to proceed as normal. Student arrivals are scheduled for mid-July through the end of August based on the first day of school.

If you have additional questions, we encourage you to call our EF office to discuss your concerns and receive the necessary support.

Thank you for your understanding,

Your EF team
