Steps to refer a new IEC

To refer a new IEC login to your HUB and follow these steps above. For every new IEC you refer, you will earn $500 or 100 points.

For the month of May 2024, we're increasing our IEC referral payment to $750! Earn $200 when the new recruit joins our program and an additional $550 when they make their first match.

The standard IEC referral is: $200 upon activation + $300 upon first compliant placement outside their home.
